Purposes of Processing
Your personal data will be used for the purposes for which they have been provided, based on the contracting of the service by the user, as well as for monitoring the established contractual relationship, specifically for:
- Managing access to the full and correct use of the services by the users, as well as following up on their requests.
- Managing the processing of services before the entities responsible for issuing certificates such as Civil Registries, Courts of Peace, Town Halls, responsible managers of the certification process, and companies for sending/logistics of the documentation.
- Conducting billing and accounting related to requests and contracted services.
- Communicating with users in response to incidents, requests, comments, and questions made through the Services or the contact forms on our website.
- Communications: We may send you emails, messages, and other types of communication regarding the contracted service, technical matters, and changes to them. These communications are considered part of the services and you cannot opt-out of them.
We will not process your personal data for any unsolicited advertising services nor will it be passed on to third parties unless strictly necessary for the completion of the contracted service, nor will it have any other purpose beyond those described above unless required by law or if there is a judicial request.
Retention Period: The personal data provided will be retained and processed as long as the service relationship is maintained, without prejudice to the possibility of exercising your right to deletion, in which case RegistroCivil.es will block your data for the duration of its legal obligations.
The personal data of individuals interested in receiving information about the services will be kept in the system indefinitely unless the individual requests their deletion.
Legitimisation of Processing
The legal basis for the processing of data is the legitimisation based on the consent of the data subject provided for the purposes described above, which will be requested at the time of contracting the services, with the data subject expressly indicating their knowledge of the processing of their data and the management conditions.
Requests for information sent to us require the data subject to voluntarily provide the necessary data to assist or provide the Services. The obligation or necessity to provide us with such data will be indicated with an asterisk (*) in the relevant forms or sections for each service.

Recipients of Transfers or Transfers

By accepting the Management Conditions, you expressly consent to these transfers. In the event of revocation of your consent, we will be unable to continue providing the Services.
Rights of Data Subjects.
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed by RegistroCivil.es. In particular, you can exercise the following rights before RegistroCivil.es:
- Right of access: allows the data subject to know and obtain information about their personal data being processed.
- Right of rectification: allows for the correction of errors, modification of data that is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, and ensuring the accuracy of the information being processed.

Retention of certain data: SCIP informs that, in compliance with the provisions of Law 25/2007 of 18 October on the retention of data related to electronic communications and public communications networks, it must proceed to retain and conserve certain traffic data generated during the course of communications in order to transfer them to the authorised authorities when the legal circumstances foreseen occur.
Security measures: We adopt the necessary data protection measures to prevent loss of information, alteration of data, or access by unauthorised personnel.
